Refund or cancelation policy for clearings

 

When you want to cancel your clearing 48 hours after your booking, you will get your 75% booking amount refunded, due to admin fees.

If the payment was done through Paypal, Paypal will charge an extra 5 pounds. So we will refund you an extra  5 pounds less than the booking amount.

 

If you want to cancel your clearing after these 48 hours, then we will first check if the clearing was already completed or not. If the clearing was not completed, we will refund you the money and cancel your booking. If your clearing was completed, we will not refund you the money. If you are unhappy about your clearing we will first talk to you and try to get to an agreement. 

 

Refund or cancelation policy for online courses

 

You can cancel your ticket for an online course within 2 weeks after you booked your ticket and we will refund 75% of the ticket price. If the payment was done through Paypal, Paypal will charge us 5 pounds. So we will refund you an extra 5 pounds less than the ticket price.

 

If you want to cancel your online course within 2 weeks of the starting date, we will refund you 75% of the ticket price. If the payment was done through Paypal, Paypal will charge us 5 pounds. So we will refund you an extra 5 pounds less than the ticket price. We can also move you to another online course without extra costs.

You can cancel your ticket for an in-person course within 2 weeks after you booked your ticket and we will refund 75% of the ticket price. If the payment was done through Paypal, Paypal will charge us 5 pounds. So we will refund you an extra 5 pounds less than the ticket price.

 

If you want to cancel your ticket for an in-person course till 12 weeks of the starting date, we will refund you 75% of the ticket price for UK courses and 50% for abroad courses due to exchange rates and travel expenses.If the starting date is closer then 12 weeks, we will not be able to do a refund, due to travel, and accommodation expenses.  If the payment was done through Paypal, Paypal will charge us 5 pounds. So we will refund you an extra 5 pounds less than the ticket price. We can also move you to another in-person course without extra costs.
